Product information
Infortrend EonStor DS and GS SAS / SATA SSD systems offer high data throughput with powerful RAID controllers, alternatively also as U.2 NVMe series for particularly high data throughput. They are therefore ideally suited as AllFlash RAID systems to achieve maximum I/O performance with few data carriers. Thanks to modular host interfaces, these systems can be flexibly adapted according to requirements, which is also possible retroactively for existing systems. For example, an iSCSI RAID system can be converted into a 32 Gbit FC, thus ensuring maximum investment security. All EonStor DS and GS systems offer virtualisation features such as snapshots, volume copy / mirror and thin provisioning,
optionally also auto-tiering (automatic distribution of data to faster and slower volumes according to frequency of access), as well as synchronous or asynchronous replication to a second system.
