Product information

Proxmox VE Software is a complete Open Source virtualization solution.
Virtualization, software-defined storage and network functions are integrated on a single platform.
As a virtualization solution, Proxmox supports both the KVM hypervisor and LXC containers as part of the underlying Debian Linux system. In addition, Proxmox has its own HA concept without the need for an additional management server ("Multi-Master Design"). New VMs can be efficiently provided via the GUI using templates and clones.
In addition, Proxmox also supports snapshot-based full backups of VMs and containers, also time-controlled via the GUI or command line interface.
All resources are managed on the central user interface: VMs and containers, storage resources and network functionality. The software thus supports highly available cluster solutions, backup/restore, live migration, storage replication and even an integrated firewall.
Thanks to the full support of the Ceph technology, which is also covered by the service contract, a ScaleOut Cluster can be configured, which offers full hardware redundancy and can be expanded at any time during operation.
EUROstor offers this solution on high-performance ES-3000 servers, which are configured according to customer requirements.
Proxmox systems can be purchased as an open source solution with or without service. For details see table below.
