IBM FlashSystem 5300 RAID systems can be used optimally in failover clusters. Thanks to the FlashCore technology, which compresses data on the NVMe SSDs with its own processor, the controllers are not subjected to any additional load and can therefore maintain their full performance when synchronizing the data between the nodes.
With the 32 Gbit Fibre Channel connection, no bottlenecks are to be expected via the SAN, even with high data loads.
