We ensure that commercial end users can return our waste electrical equipment free of charge in accordance with §19 ElektroG (German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act). End users can contact us at any time by email or via this form to register a return.

After registration, please send the waste device to the address provided below.

Disposal is carried out exclusively through a recycling company certified in accordance with §56 KrWG (German Circular Economy Act). The take-back service is free of charge for the end user.
